What makes Anchored Home different than other design agencies?
We are real estate investors ourselves, renovating, and selling (or renting) properties. We know exactly what it takes to renovate/flip properties. We know every single detail that you need to design a home! But we make it easy for you to pick your favorite design(s) without having to talk to a designer. That means we don't have hourly fees or ask you questions, we just have Design Packages that you can sift through and purchase on the site. You get an instant download and off you go! And the best part is that you can use the designs as many times as possible!
What do I get in a Design Package?
You get a design board to visually see all of the design elements for each bedroom, bathroom, and space in the home that you are renovating. Then the best part is that you get a spreadsheet with EVERY SINGLE DETAIL you need to design a home. From hinges to faucets (that includes tile, paint colors, door knobs, vanities, and more). All in an instant download!
Our Design Packages include:
A Design Board (to visually see the design for each room) and a Details Spreadsheet with over 100 design details (including a link, SKU, item name, item details, and price)
Exterior design
General interior design (including paint color, flooring, door knobs, and hinges)
Kitchen design (including countertops, cabinets, flooring, backsplash, and knobs/pulls)
Two or three bathroom design details (including flooring, shower tile, shower faucet, vanity (with a substitute), faucet, mirror, lighting, towel hooks, and toilet paper holder)
All lighting for a home (including living room, bedrooms, laundry room, kitchen, bathrooms, hallway, and substitutes)
*Additional 1/2 and full baths can be purchased.
Why does design matter?
Great design makes a home buyer feel good and we want buyers to feel good when they are in our renovated homes! Design sells homes for a higher amount. Design sells homes faster. And using great design builds your business' brand. We know flippers can slap together renovations, but we flip homes with intention and want the details to show too.
What are your fees?
We have a one-time fee per Design Package and you can use that Design Package as many times as you want! We have a different fee for Entry-Level, Mid-Level, and High-End Design Packages because they each include different levels of details and amount of design hours. See the specific designs for the pricing and what is included.
What do I do if a link breaks?
First, search the item name that is provided in the Design Package spreadsheet. If you cannot find the item, simply email us at [email protected] with the following details, and we will find you the item or a similar item to replace the broken link within 5-7 business days!
